What I contributed.

I designed SOME while working with K2X Tech, from the early workflows through to what's shipped most recently.

Social Media Dashboard

Users were juggling five apps just to check their accounts. One dashboard was basically the whole point of the product.

Post Scheduling

Early versions let people queue a post and just hope. A real preview and an easy undo fixed that.

Analytics Overview

I threw every metric onto one screen at first. Turned out people only checked three of them daily.

Multi-Platform Management

Switching accounts gets confusing three platforms deep. Spent real time just making it obvious which one you're on.

Team Collaboration

Two people editing the same calendar got messy fast. Ownership had to be visible before teams trusted it.

Content Calendar

The screen people basically live in — so I iterated on it more than anything else.

Lessons from the dashboard.

01

Every platform posts differently

I had to research how each platform actually gets used — a simple single-image post works on some, but others are basically built around carousel posts. Designing one flow that could handle both took a bit of digging first.

02

Client work means designing inside constraints

Working with K2X Tech's existing backend and brand meant a lot of ideas that would've been simple in a vacuum needed a different approach once the real constraints showed up.

03

Keywords aren't one-size-fits-all either

What performs on Instagram doesn't perform on LinkedIn, right down to the keywords. That research ended up shaping how the posting flow nudges people toward platform-specific wording instead of treating every post the same.

04

Small fixes mattered more than big redesigns

Looking back, the biggest jumps in how usable the app felt came from small changes shipped between releases, not from any one big redesign moment.
